Anyone with information of spending reasonable time for blog???

That was actually the thing that kept replaying on my stereomind which is how should I decorate my blog as it would seem fit as I could search for suitable timing on my bloggies... Well im not dat busy actually but really looking forward for it.. Pliss somebody...
